Get back to doing the things you enjoy.
Whether you've got an injury, ongoing pain or something that's just not moving the way it should, we'll work out what's going on and what you can do about it.
Your treatment is based on you — your body, your goals and your day-to-day life. We'll explain what we've found, give you a clear plan and work with you to get things moving in the right direction.

Recover well. Get back to your sport.
Whether you're a weekend warrior or competing at a high level, injuries can be frustrating. Our job is to help you recover properly and build back the strength, movement and confidence you need to return to your sport.
We'll progress your rehab as you improve, so you're ready for the demands of your sport — not just feeling better on the physio table.

A good recovery takes more than time.
After surgery, it can be hard to know what's normal, what you should be doing and when you can start pushing things again.
We'll guide you through each stage of your recovery, working within your surgeon's guidelines and adjusting your rehabilitation as you get stronger. The aim is simple: help you regain your movement, strength and confidence and get back to everyday life.

More than just a massage.
Remedial massage can help with tight, sore or overloaded muscles and is a useful part of managing the physical demands of work, training and sport.
We'll focus on what's bothering you and tailor the treatment to what your body needs — whether that's easing muscle tension, helping you move more freely or supporting your broader rehabilitation.

Better feet. Better movement.
Your feet have a big job to do, and problems with them can affect the way you walk, run and move.
Our podiatrists take a look at the bigger picture — not just where it hurts — to work out what's contributing to the problem and how we can help. Whether you're dealing with an injury, an ongoing foot issue or want to improve your performance, we'll create a plan around you CLICK HERE

Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, is a healthcare profession that utilises a variety of techniques and exercises to promote healing, improve mobility, and enhance physical function. It focuses on treating injuries, managing pain, and restoring optimal movement and functionality.
Physiotherapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries (such as sprains, strains, and fractures), back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
Physiotherapy can help you by relieving pain, improving flexibility and strength, enhancing mobility and balance, facilitating injury recovery, preventing further injuries, and promoting overall physical well-being. A physiotherapist will assess your condition, develop a personalised treatment plan, and guide you through exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to achieve your goals.
Initial consultations last approximately 60 minutes. This ensures we can spend enough time with you to truly understand your problem. Subsequent consultations are approximately 30 minutes. The frequency and duration of treatment will be determined based on your specific needs and treatment plan.
No, you do not need a doctor's referral to seek physiotherapy services. However, you can receive funding from Medicare under the Enhanced Primary Care scheme. You can discuss this with your GP, who if eligible will provide you with a referral.
Physiotherapy aims to alleviate pain, not cause additional discomfort. While some therapeutic techniques or exercises may involve temporary discomfort or soreness, your physiotherapist will ensure that the treatment is within your comfort level. It's important to communicate openly with your physiotherapist about any pain or discomfort you experience during the session.
The timeline for seeing results from physiotherapy can vary depending on the condition being treated, its severity, and individual factors. Some individuals may experience improvement after a few sessions, while others may require a longer treatment period. Your physiotherapist will discuss the expected timeline and monitor your progress throughout the course of your treatment.
Yes, physiotherapy plays a crucial role in injury prevention. By assessing your movement patterns, identifying areas of weakness or imbalance, and providing targeted exercises and education, a physiotherapist can help you develop proper mechanics, strengthen vulnerable areas, and reduce the risk of future injuries.
